Tips on how to lift sagging breasts.
First Step; Firming Raises:
Lie on your back, lower back pressed
into floor, knees bent, arms at sides with a 2-lb. weight in each hand. Keeping arms straight, inhale and raise arms
until hands are level with tops of knees, as shown.
Exhale and slowly lower arms without you touching the floor.
Do 2 sets of 10.
Lifting Curls:
Lie on your back, lower back pressed into the floor, knees bent, arms out at sides,
shoulder-level, with a 2lb. weight in each hand. Inhale while
bringing straight arms in toward ches until
perpendicular to the loor. Exhale
while slowly lowering arms
to start position. Do 2 sets of10.
"Push UP" push-ups
Get into a push-up postition with knees
bent. Slowly lower chest a few inches, bending elbows out to sides.
Raise chest to start position; do 2 sets of 10
